AMSOIL extended life gasoline Synthetic motor oil provides peace of mind with drain intervals of 7500 miles or six months. Depending on filters and use - drain intervals can be extended up to 12,000 miles. XLM is made with pure synthetic base stocks which have equally sized molecules without impuruties of other hydrocabons and wax's. This way synthetic engine oils are all very slick and reduce friction so well inside engine bearings. Reduced friction additives help enhance the oils abilities further for a longer time which gives XLM enproved fuel economy and has less evaporation contributing to air emissions. Detergents and dispersants finish the package to control sludge buildup and keeps the engine cleaner.

Extended Life Oil has the following properties:

High Temperature / High Shear Viscosity = 2.7  @ 150deg. C  and 1.0 X 106 s-1 cp(ASTM D - 4683)

Four Ball wear Test =0.43mm scar diameter @ 1 hour, 1200 RPM @ 40 KGF and 75deg.c (ASTM D-4172)

Extended life has API –SM/CF, SL, and SJ as well as ILSAC – GF 3, 4 ,ACEA A1/B1,Jaso VTW, GM-6094M , Ford WSS-M2C930-A Daimler Chrysler MS-6395N.  Available in Quarts and Gallon containers of multiweight 5W20, 5W-30, 10W-30, and 10W-40.
